Insurance

We are considered an Out of Network (OON) provider. Please contact your insurance provider to determine what your actual cost of counseling would be. Reimbursement rates typically range from 50-80% for plans that have OON coverage for psychotherapy. Our services can be applied to your deductible. We can provide you with a Superbill in order for you to file for reimbursement with your insurance carrier.

 

Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health benefits?

• What is my deductible and has it been met?

• How many sessions per year does my plan cover?

• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Payment

Cash, check, Health Care Spending Accounts, Flexible Spending Accounts, and all major credit cards are accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy

We know that last minute things pop up.  If you are not able to keep your scheduled appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged a fee.
